Register for call back service?

This registration procedure is for registration by SMS.  If you want to be able to login at the call back web site to view your account information, you must register by internet instead of by SMS.  Go to http://www.eco123.com/HowToUse.aspx and follow the instructions at “How to get started - registration by internet” instead.

  • Buy a call back card from a card vendor.
  • From your mobile phone send a SMS message to +1 416 568 8311.
  • Write the SMS message in one of the following formats:
    • 81#cardnumber#callbacknumber   - Use this format if you want to specify the call back number.
    • 81#cardnumber   - Use this format if you want to use the caller id (phone number) of the mobile phone as the call back number.

cardnumber is the call back card number.
callbacknumber is your phone number where you want to receive the call back call. Note that the telephone number in the SMS message is to be written in the format Country Code + City Code + Local Number and that there are to be no extra characters, such as plus, space, or hyphen.

  • If the call back card number is valid, you will receive a confirmation SMS message in the format

Thank you,register ok,DID=xxxxxxxxxxx,PINbalance=xxxx
For example, Thank you,register ok,DID=14168401540,PINbalance=20.00
Make a note of the DID number.  It is the access number that must be dialed to trigger a call.


Install the SuperChip
1. Remove the SIM card from your mobile phone. 2. Cut the SIM card at the top as shown, about 4 mm x 9 mm. The dimensions do not need to be exact.  You just need to make enough space to accommodate the small black raised chip on the SuperChip.  It may be easier to use a sharp knife 3. Peel the paper from the SuperChip and place the sticky side of the SuperChip on the back of the SIM card in the orientation shown.  The small black raised chip on the SuperChip will be in the space cut out of the SIM card.  The six metal contacts on the SuperChip will be on the metal contacts on the back of the SIM card 4. The pictures show a properly installed SuperChip on a SIM card.  Insert the SIM card in the mobile phone


Configure the SuperChip

  1. Select the SuperChip menu in the mobile phone’s menu. It may be in the Office Tools menu, Extras menu, main menu, or other menu.  Select “on” to enable the SuperChip call back function, or select “off” to disable it
  2. Select the SuperChip menu in the mobile phone’s menu. Select “Service Number”, and input the Eco123 access number (that you received when you registered) and press OK
  3. Do this step if instructed by Ecocarrier technical support:  Select the SuperChip menu in the mobile phone’s menu. Select “Special Dialing”, and select “add prefix 0” or “not add prefix 0”

Make a call

  1. Dial the phone number beginning with the country code.  You do not need to dial +.  The SuperChip will call the call back access number automatically
  2. When you receive an incoming call, answer it.  The SuperChip will dial the destination phone number automatically
  3. Wait for the call to go through
